This site is owned and maintained by Montgomery Aviation Inc. Montgomery Aviation is the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) under agreement dated July 1, 2001. The agreement is recorded at the Boone County Recorders office. This agreement runs continually for 30 years from the date of the agreement. Montgomery Aviation also has two land leases executed and recordedon the same date as its FBO "Operating Agreement". These land leases run continually for 50 years from the date of the agreements.
