The land value was determined by appraisal of the 40 acre Parcel 2 required by FAA for owner participation value in Parcels 2A and 2B. The professional value should be obtained by acquiring an appraisel and review per AC 150/5100-17.
We have asked our Consulting Engineer, Mid-States Engineering to provide an analysis of conditions, which exist at the airport.
